Budget Expense Tracker

Terms of Service

Last updated 21 August 2026

1. Agreement

By creating an account you agree to these terms. Budget Expense Tracker is a personal finance tool. It is not a bank, broker, tax adviser or licensed financial adviser, and nothing in the app is financial advice.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe and for the accuracy of the data you enter. One person per account; do not share access to your account with others.

3. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access other people's data, reverse engineer the service, scrape it, resell it, or use it for unlawful activity. We may suspend accounts that do.

4. Subscriptions, billing and cancellation

Core budgeting features are free. If you subscribe to a paid plan, it renews automatically for the interval you chose until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Plan & subscription. Cancellation stops future renewals and keeps your paid features until the end of the period already paid for; we do not pro-rate partial periods unless required by law.

5. Deleting your account

You can permanently delete your account and all of its data from Settings → Danger zone. Deletion also cancels any active subscription. It cannot be undone — export your data first if you want a copy.

6. Availability and liability

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. We work hard to keep it available and accurate, but to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect losses or for financial decisions you make using the app.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
